I created a successful business 18 years ago, rehabilitating dilapidated properties and selling for a profit. I developed investment strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns, locating profitable residential income property in the US and Dominican Republic. I initiated and prioritized projects, and gained credibility with co-workers across multiple businesses. And last, I identified business opportunities, created budgets, negotiated contracts and implemented selling designs.
